    Welcome to VIP Key Club! By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

    By registering for an account, purchasing a membership, or using any VIP Key Club services, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.


    2. Membership and Eligibility

    • Membership Types: VIP Key Club offers annual memberships that grant access to exclusive perks, promotions, and discounts from our partnered vendors ("Key Stations").

    • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for a VIP Key Club membership. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

    • Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

    3. Use of Services

    • Authorized Use: You agree to use VIP Key Club services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    • Prohibited Activities: You may not use our services to engage in fraudulent activities, violate the rights of others, or abuse our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

      • Sharing your membership benefits or account with others.

      • Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform without authorization.

      • Posting or transmitting any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

    4. Vendor Relationships and Transactions

    • Key Stations and Offers: VIP Key Club partners with vendors across different categories (e.g., dining, automotive, wellness) to provide exclusive perks to our members. Offers, discounts, and services are provided directly by these vendors and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

    • Vendor Liability: VIP Key Club is not responsible for any disputes, issues, or damages arising from your interactions with third-party vendors. Any transactions or engagements with vendors are solely between you and the vendor.

    5. Points System

    VIP Key Club offers a points system that allows members to earn and redeem points at select key stations:

    • Silver Points are available to free members.

    • Gold Points are available to gold-tier members.

    • Platinum Points are awarded to members who purchase a car protection plan from a car dealership key station when they buy a new car.

    Points Conversion Rates:

    • Gold points can be converted into silver points at a 1:2 ratio.

    • Platinum points can be converted into gold points at a 1:5 ratio.

    6. Membership Fees and Payments

    • Annual Fees: By purchasing a VIP Key Club membership, you agree to pay the annual fee associated with your chosen membership plan. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you of any fee adjustments before your renewal.

    • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at [Insert Contact Email] for assistance.

    • Auto-Renewal: Your membership may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your membership through your account settings.

    7. Products Page
     

    Our products page features links to products listed by key stations, such as golf clubs, shoes, and more, with special member pricing. These links redirect you to external websites managed by the key stations. VIP Key Club is not responsible for any transactions made on these external websites.
     

    8. Events Page

    Key stations may post events such as sales, football games, dinners, and classes for members. These events are organized by the key stations and may be subject to their own terms and conditions. VIP Key Club is not responsible for managing or hosting the events.
     

    9. Referral Program

    VIP Key Club offers a referral program where members can refer friends or key stations and earn points in return. These points are subject to the terms of our points system and may be redeemed at participating key stations.


    10. Push Notifications

    VIP Key Club may send push notifications through the mobile app to notify you of announcements, new deals, events, and other relevant updates. You can manage your notification preferences through your device settings.


    11. QR Code Scanner

    Our mobile app includes a QR code scanner that members can use at participating key stations to unlock special deals and perks. To access this feature, you must enable your mobile device's camera. Failure to enable your device’s camera will prevent you from using the QR code scanner functionality. Scanning these codes helps us verify your eligibility for the available promotions.


    12. Map of Key Stations and Deals

    The VIP Key Club app includes a map that shows the locations of participating key stations and available deals. This feature is intended to help members locate deals easily and is subject to the availability of location services on your device.


    13. Intellectual Property

    • Ownership: All content and materials available on our website and app, including logos, graphics, text, and software, are the intellectual property of VIP Key Club or our licensors.

    • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our express written permission.

    14. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIP Key Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

    • Errors or interruptions in the availability of our platform.

    • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.

    • Disputes with third-party vendors or other users.

    15. Termination of Services

    • Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

    • Involuntary Termination: VIP Key Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services. We also reserve the right to terminate the services at any time, with or without notice.

    16. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website or app. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
